dreamstate sketches is about the journey we have when we're dreaming. each movement represents a moment that occurs in one's sleep. from falling asleep, to having a nice dream, to entering a nightmare, and resurfacing back to reality
in deorsum, we begin our journey slowly losing consciousness as the line between waking reality and dream reality gets increasingly blurry.
time and shapes begin to shatter, and our perception of reality changes with it.
day's end.
volanti marks the color of reaching our dream world. throughout this movement, we fly around exploring what this world has to offer.
time and rhythm no longer matter, nor are they a part of this reality. nothing but the joy of flying and exploration.
a sudden surge of chaos strikes the peace of the exploring of the dream world as external elements start to seep into the dreamspace.
in cadens, we have the beginning of the end of the dream. a turbulent displace that compresses and collapses the dreamworld.
dream's end. as the morning reality takes over the once vivid dreamworld, we move away from it progressively faster.
reality takes over the once vivid dreamscape as it fades from memory.
